Spring is a cool, wet season where the flowers and trees are blooming and many animals are giving birth or mating. Spring can be a time of great energy and mental and physical fortitude. However due to of its heaviness Spring can also be a time of lethargy and stagnation, weight gain, and over production of mucous due to seasonal allergies.
