Balance is a unique and intricate phenomenon that changes daily. This class focusses on improving balance using standing yoga postures as well as visual cues and breath work with a focus on deep core strengthening and stabilizing. Enhancing alignment and building strength and endurance are emphasized with modifications for various levels. The class ends with some refined floor work to further improve balance; finishing with a deep relaxation. The class pace is gentle to moderate.
Suitable for all levels and persons with injuries. Please inform the teacher of any injuries prior to the class commencing.
