Gentle Hatha Yoga at the SRC Dojo, UBC REC

This class features traditional yoga postures, sun salutations, and breathing exercises.  The class moves at a slow and gentle pace to facilitate deep relaxation.

Suitable for all levels and persons with injuries.  Please inform the teacher of any injuries prior to the class commencing.
