Hatha Yoga at Th BC Children's Hospital

This class features traditional yoga postures and breathing exercises to help you stretch and strengthen your body while leaving you feeling peaceful and invigorated.  The class moves at a slow and gentle pace with options to add on, or to rest.

Suitable for all levels.  Please inform the teacher of any injuries prior to the class commencing.
